- Technology-enabled golf bays
- Event & partnership services
- Commercial venue solutions
Services may vary depending on:
- Location
- Package
- Partner venue
3. Bookings
Bookings may be made:
- Online
- Via enquiry form
- Through commercial discussion
A booking is confirmed once:
✔ Payment is received (if applicable), or
✔ Written confirmation is provided
4. Pricing
All pricing will be clearly communicated before confirmation.
We reserve the right to:
- Correct pricing errors
- Update pricing at any time
Once confirmed, pricing will not change unless agreed.
5. Payments
Where payment is required:
- Payment terms will be stated at booking
- Full or partial payment may be required
Failure to pay may result in cancellation.
6. Cancellations
Customer cancellations
If you cancel:
We have a 3 hour cancellation policy as per Sweetspot terms and conditions upon booking. Failure to cancel before 3 hours of booking time will result in the loss of the booking cost.
Commercial bookings may be subject to separate agreements.
GolfPod cancellations
We may cancel due to:
- Technical issues
- Venue issues
- Safety concerns
- Events beyond our control
In such cases we will offer:
✔ Rescheduling
✔ Refund (where appropriate)
7. Changes to Bookings
We will try to accommodate booking changes where possible.
Changes are subject to availability.
8. Service Delivery
We aim to deliver all services:
✔ With reasonable care and skill
✔ In line with agreed descriptions
However, some elements rely on:
- Third-party venues
- Technology providers
9. Venue & Partner Services
Some services are delivered at partner venues.
Venue rules and policies may also apply.
GolfPod is not responsible for:
- Venue conduct
- Venue safety policies
- Venue-specific terms
10. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Follow venue rules
- Use equipment safely
- Supervise minors
We may refuse service where behaviour:
- Is unsafe
- Is disruptive
- Poses risk to others
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GolfPod shall not be liable for:
- Loss of enjoyment
- Indirect losses
- Venue-related incidents
Nothing excludes liability for:
- Death or injury caused by negligence
- Fraud
- Legal rights that cannot be excluded
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control including:
- Weather
- Technical failure
- Venue closure
- Government restrictions
13. Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed:
- Using the original payment method
- Within a reasonable timeframe

Larger installations, partnerships, or long-term arrangements will be governed by separate written contracts.
